Wharenui's main house has five bedrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen / dining area. For groups of eleven guests or more there is also a separate charming stone cottage which sleeps a further four guests with two ensuite bedrooms and a lovely cosy living room with another fire place.
In the main house, the extremely spacious living room has a large roaring open fire, large entertainment system and a pool table, and enjoys gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. There is also a seperate cosy den with an additional open fire which offers a more intimate space for relaxing, reading or watching TV. The kitchen and dining area is the perfect place for families to come together, with a table large enough for the whole group to dine together. In summer, you can open up the french doors onto the terrace and dine under the pergola while you enjoy the late warm evenings next to the outdoor fireplace or sit in the private spa pool and admire the stars in this rural setting.
