Waiwiri is a 400 acre property farmed by the Sicely family since 1950, only 20 mins drive from Whanganui and 1km drive from SH4. The cottage is located across the paddock from the woolshed, with sheep grazing the hills and views of native trees. It is comfortably furnished with treasures from yesteryear, and polished native Rimu floors throughout. An open fireplace to keep you cosy and an outdoor barbecue area for those lovely summer evenings.
Accommodation options include self-catering or meals provided, a delicious breakfast is delivered in a basket to enjoy at your leisure and/or an evening meal featuring delicious farmhouse cooking, using fresh vegetables and herbs from the farm garden, eggs from the free range hens and freshly farm baked bread.
