Private spa added to Rua Awa June 2020 - 2 night minimum reservation. Newly built in 2018 with two separate private en-suite rooms (Mangawhero and Mangateitei) and a standalone unit (Rua Awa) added in 2019, each with a queen bed, double glazing, heating, smart TV, fridge, free WiFi and access to a hydrotherapy spa. Rua Awa also has a microwave oven. Each bathroom has a large shower cubicle with normal and rain shower heads, heated towel rail, extra wide vanity and mirrors. Guests have a private entry, shared drying room and a secure storage shed for skis, boards and bikes including access to power. The Mangawhero and Mangateitei rivers meet in our garden, and there are panoramic views of Mt Ruapehu, which can be viewed from the guest deck, sitting areas and spa. We are a 10 minute stroll back to the cafes and restaurants, or about 15 minutes along the Mangateitei river walkway which starts directly across from our driveway. Our guests will also receive a 10% discount from the Cyprus Tree Bar and Restaurant, Magic Chilli Indian Restaurant and TCB ski and bike hire.
