Tarltons Lodge is situated on a hill immediately south of the beaches, restaurants and town of Paihia, and commands a 170-degree panoramic ocean and island view. The Lodge is only a ten-minute walk to central Paihia, providing quick access to all local amenities, yet assuring an escape from any hustle and bustle. At the Lodge, there is a complete absence of any traffic noise, where a tranquil silence pervades, interrupted only by bird song. Each of our three guest rooms, have their own private access, exclusive hot tub and high table on a private terrace, opening onto this magnificent ocean view, which on arrival, literally takes your breath away.

The ocean view from Tarltons Lodge is unrivaled, and is visible through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows, from inside your room, and from the hot tub and the high table on your terrace. We are the only luxury accommodation in Paihia, of which all rooms can boast a combination of an indisputably spectacular ocean view and a private hot tub allocated for each room.
