Rotorua, Rotorua, Bay of Plenty
Enjoy the peace and tranquility of staying in the country at Paradise Valley Lodge – and none of the sulphur smell that Rotorua is famous for. With Mt Ngongotaha as a backdrop, beautiful tree studded country views, 2 acres of lawns and gardens, bubbling trout stream and native birds singing, it really does feel like a piece of paradise. Only 10 minutes from Rotorua city centre and close to many major tourist attractions, Paradise Valley Lodge offers a range of affordable self-contained or B & B options to suit your needs – whether you are a single person travelling alone or a group of 18 requiring an exclusive booking. There is an excellent trout stream on the property boundary which is famous for its large trout (both rainbow and brown) complete with picnic table, swimming hole and a half acre of lawn which is ideal for your favourite holiday games. We have a large variety of native birds as well as californian quail which feed on the lawns. We therefore have a strict no pets policy to protect these. You will find Paradise Valley Lodge the ideal place to relax and unwind – whether it is after a day full of activities, or as a chance to escape to the countryside.
